If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. We do not seek to identify visitors to this website. However, we generally record certain usage information such as the number and frequency of visitors to this site. The information we may collect may include the websites that you access immediately before and after you visit our site, the internet browsers you are using and your IP address. If we use such data at all, it will be on an aggregate basis and we will not disclose to any third party, other than IT providers, any information that could be used to identify you personally, except as may be required by law, in connection with legal proceedings or otherwise upon governmental or regulatory request. To collect information for analytics, this website uses cookies – small data files which are downloaded on your hard disk so that the site can monitor your access to the site and recognizes that you have visited the site before, without identifying you. If you don’t want to accept cookies, you should read the information that came with your browser software to see how you can turn off the automatic download feature.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

If you submit information about yourself through this website or social media – for example, by sending an email to one of the addresses displayed on the site – we will only use your information for the intended purpose or purposes for which it has been provided. For example, we will use it for the purposes of responding to your enquiry or if your enquiry requires investigation or research on our part, then to facilitate such purposes. We may also store your information for our internal business purposes (for example, to improve the site and our services generally). We will not disclose your information to other persons outside MindAffect, except: (i) to service providers, investment advisers, professional advisors and their respective agents and/or employees under strict confidentiality obligations; (ii) exceptionally, where we are required to make the disclosure by law, in connection with legal proceedings or otherwise upon governmental or regulatory request; or (iii) where we believe it is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights or property of MindAffect.

We welcome suggestions and comments about the site and our business. As noted above, we will only use your information in relation to a suggestion or comment for the purpose which it was provided and shared in accordance with the policy described above.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
